Rovers Return Dog Rescue relies on collaboration to do this work responsibly and effectively. We partner with organizations that share a commitment to animal welfare and community-based solutions. Networking dogs to trusted rescues, fosters, transporters, and care partners is one of the ways we keep dogs out of overcrowded shelters whenever it is safe to do so. These partnerships fall into three key groups:

Rescue & Field-Based Animal Welfare Partners

These organizations work alongside us directly in the field. They are fellow rescues, shelters, and animal welfare groups who help with intake, fostering, medical care, transport, and placement. Together, we coordinate efforts to support dogs in need, network dogs to safer placements, and reduce strain on any single organization.

Community feeding program dedicated to helping stray and abandoned animals in the Perris area.

Foster Paws Network

A foster-based rescue network that connects loving foster families with rescue dogs and cats who need temporary homes before finding their forever families.

A safe haven for animals in need, providing lifetime care and rehabilitation.

A rescue organization dedicated to saving dogs and finding them loving homes.

Dog grooming school. When we brought in a boy we had just trapped after months living under the trucks at a driving school, Angela and her staff didn't hesitate, and shaved away the matted fur and dirt that had hidden a beautiful dog.

Do Not Adopt Registry

A shared database that helps rescues screen adopters and flag individuals banned from adopting due to documented abuse, neglect, or unethical behavior. We're a proud Rescue Partner in this network.

GPS collar and nano microchip company offering our rescue a free or discounted starter supply, plus a free Fi GPS collar and 6 months of free subscription for every adopter.
